Our honey is carefully packaged in high-quality glass jars with a secure lid to maintain freshness. An acacia wood stick is provided for easy serving.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. We aim to deliver your honey in perfect condition . In case of any issues, please contact our customer service team.
4. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged upon arrival. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order for a replacement or refund. Proof of damage (e.g., photos) will be required.
